Your personal chief of staff — living quietly on your Mac.
Unfret keeps the everyday stuff off your mind: it sorts your inbox, keeps your to-do list honest, drafts your replies in your own words, and files your paperwork — so you don't have to hold it all in your head.
Private by design. It runs on your Mac, not in the cloud.
Sorts your inbox. It reads your email the way a good assistant would — surfaces what needs you, quietly handles what doesn't.
Keeps your day straight.New commitments become tasks and calendar events automatically, so nothing falls through the cracks.
Writes in your voice. It drafts replies that sound like you — and never sends anything without your okay.
Files your paperwork.Drop a document in a folder and Unfret puts it where it belongs, named and dated, so you can actually find it later.
Why it lives on your Mac
Most assistants send your life to someone else's servers. Unfret doesn't. Your email, your tasks, your documents — they stay on your own computer, as ordinary files that are yours to keep. Unfret works through your Claude and your Google accounts; there's no Unfret server holding your private life. If you ever delete the app, your information stays right where it is — with you.
How it works
Connect your accounts.Sign in to Google and Claude — your accounts, your data. Takes a few minutes.
It works in the background.Unfret checks your inbox on a schedule you choose, while your Mac is awake, and keeps your day organized.
You stay in control. For the first week it only watches and shows you what it would do. Anything it sends, it asks first. And you can undo what it's done.
A simple promise
Unfret exists to give you back a little headspace — not to harvest your data. We don't sell your information, we don't show you ads, and nothing leaves your Mac unless you ask. Read our privacy policy →
